1总则 1.0.1为使电动汽车充电站的设计工作贯彻执行国家有关方针 政策，统一技术要求做到安全可靠、技术先进、经济合理，制定本 规范。

1.0.2本规范适用于采用整车充电模式的电动汽车充电站的 设计。

1.0.3电动汽车充电站的设计应符合下列原则： 1贯彻国家法律、法规符合地区国民经济和社会发展规划 的要求。

2与当地的区域总体规划和城镇规划相协调。

3符合防火安全、用电安全、环境保护的要求。

4积极稳妥地采用新技术、新设备、新材料促进技术创新。

1.0.4电动汽车充电站的设计除应符合本规范外尚应符合国家 现行有关标准的规定。
