根据中国工程建设标准化协会 《关于印发 <2018 年第二批协会标准制订、修订计划>的通知》(建标协字 〔2018〕030号)的要求,编制组经过深人调查研究,认真总结实践经验,参考国外先进标准和国内相关规程标准,并在广泛征求意见的基础上制定了本规程 。

1 总 则
1.0.1 为保证彩色涂层不锈钢电缆桥架的制造、工程设计、安装及验收质量,做到技术先进、经济合理、安全适用,制定本规程。
1.0.2 本规程适用于工业与民用建筑中彩色涂层不锈钢电缆桥架的制造、工程设计、安装及验收。
1.0.3 彩色涂层不锈钢电缆桥架的制造、工程设计、安装及验收,除应执行本规程外,尚应符合国家现行有关标准的规定。
2 术 语
2.0.1 彩色涂层不锈钢 prepainted stainless steel sheet
采用预涂装技术,将不锈钢基板经过连续表面化学处理后,再涂覆高耐腐有机涂层,经烘烤固化而制成的板材。
2.0.2 电缆桥架 cable supporting system
由托盘或梯架的直线段及其弯通、附件、支吊架等部件构成支承电缆线路的具有连续刚性的结构系统。简称桥架。
2.0.3 电缆梯架 。able ladder
由薄板成型的工字形侧板与若干根横档构成并具有一定刚度的梯形部件,用于承托电缆荷重。简称梯架。
2.0.4 电缆托盘 cable tray
在梯架底部的横档上平敷有孔或无孔底板构成的具有一定刚度的槽形部件,用于承托电缆荷重。简称托盘。
2.0.5 弯通 bend一fitting
用于电缆桥架分支或改变直线段路由的构件。
2.0.6 弯通的弯曲半径 bend一fitting radius
弯通的两条内侧直角边的内切圆半径。简称弯曲半径。
2.0.7 附件 accessory
用于桥架主体各部件间的连接,以构成连续刚性结构系统所必需的固定连接或补充直线段、弯通功能的部件。
2.0.8 支吊架 support device
直接支承或吊挂桥架的托臂、立柱或吊架等部件。
2.0.9 安全工作载荷 safe working load(SWL)
在正常使用中可安全施加的最大载荷。
2.0.10 跨距 Span
两个相邻支吊架的中心距 。
