1 概述

空心方桩基础设计中,基桩与承台相连的上节桩上部(或其他桩节的局部)在构造上有灌芯要求。本图集空心方桩在采用先张法离心工艺成型的预应力高强混凝土空心方桩的基础上,采用工厂预先填芯工艺,从而形成部分实心预应力离心混凝土空心方桩(以下简称“预填芯方桩”)。在桩顶与基础承台的连接中,本图集采用预应力钢棒作为连接钢筋,并通过六角头穿芯孔螺丝锁定于端板的预应力张拉孔上,可以做到与空心方桩内预应力钢筋等强度连接,对于抗拔桩传力更直接,使桩与基础承台的连接更可靠。本图集空心方桩按是否预先填芯分为预填芯方桩和非预填芯方桩两类。预填芯方桩主要用于方桩基础工程中与承台连接的最上节桩,也适用于桩基基础设计中要求对空心方桩灌芯的其他部位的桩节。采用本图集产品,能有效减少现场施工工作量、缩短工期、节约材料、降低工程造价,具有良好的经济效益。

2 编制依据

3.1 空心方桩适用于下列条件:

3.1.1 抗震设防烈度为7度及7度以下地区的一般工业与民用建(构)筑物基础工程。抗震设防烈度为8度的地区,仅适用于非液化土、轻微液化土场地,且结构高度不超过24m的多层建(构)筑物。

3.1.2 主要承受竖向受压、受拉的低承台桩基。当用作承受水平荷载为主的桩基工程时,应根据结构类型、荷载大小、场地条件等因素综合考虑后选用或进行专门设计。

3.1.3 素填土、杂填土、淤泥质土、粉土、黏性土、稍密及中密的砂土等场地。

3.1.4 空心方桩混凝土抗渗等级不低于P10且采用闭口形桩尖时的微、弱腐蚀场地;特殊情况下,具有中等腐蚀场地若需采用方桩基础,应进行专门防腐蚀设计。

3.1.5 结构高度不大于l00m的高层建(构)筑物桩基础。

3.1.6 设计年限为50年及以下的桩基工程。

3.2 下列条件下不宜采用空心方桩:

3.2.1 空心方桩难以压入或打入、基岩上覆土层较薄且倾斜度较大的场地。

3.2.2 桩端持力层以上覆盖有深厚软土层(桩身范围内从桩顶算起超过5m以上)的淤泥、淤泥质土、欠固结土、松散填土等或有较厚液化土层(桩身范围内大于桩长50%)的场地,且桩端直接支承在中风化、微风化岩层上,或中风化岩面上只有较薄的强风化岩层。

3.2.3 软土地基的桩基周边地面承受大面积的较大堆载或承受局部较大荷载的桩基工程。

3.2.4 桩端持力层为遇水易软化且埋藏较浅的风化岩层(桩端以上2m范围内按《建筑桩基技术规范》JGJ 94第4.1.13条的要求经工厂预填芯的方桩除外)。

3.2.5 空心方桩沉桩施工对周边环境有严重影响。
