1 范围
本文件规定了智能压浆系统、压浆材料及配合比、压浆准备工作、压浆、特殊季节施工、质量控制与检测以及缺陷处理。
本文件适用于江苏省新建、改(扩)建的公路工程中后张法预制构件孔道压浆施工。

3 术语和定义
下列术语和定义适用于本文件。
3.1
浆液 serous fluid
压浆原料按规定的配比加水并搅拌均匀后形成的填充料。
3.2
定量检测装置 quantitative detection device
运用灌水法对预应力孔道浆液凝固后的管道空洞及密实情况做出定量检测的一种装置。
3.3
循环压浆 circulating grouting
通过导管将出口的浆液导回储浆桶,使浆液在孔道内带压持续流动,保证管道内浆液质量、压力大小、稳压时间等重要指标符合规范要求,确保压浆饱满和密实的工艺。
3.4
多孔道串联压浆 multi channel series grouting
将相邻孔道通过连接管连接形成一条长孔道而进行压浆的操作。
4 智能压浆系统
4.1 一般要求
4.1.1 智能压浆系统应包括制浆系统、压浆系统、测控系统、循环回路系统等组成。
4.1.2 智能压浆系统设备应具有出厂合格证。
4.2 制浆系统
4.2.1 制浆系统的上料及称量应由计算机控制,自动称量误差在0.5%以内,可实现转速1400r/min的高速旋转,叶片的形状应与转速相匹配,其叶片的线速度宜为10m/s~20m/s,且应能满足在规定的时间内搅拌均匀的要求。
4.2.2 用于临时储存浆液的低速搅拌桶应具备60r/min~80r/min的低速搅拌功能,且应设置网格尺寸不大于3mm的过滤网。
