1总：则 1.0.1为规范既有建筑外墙饰面砖工程的质量评估与改造，有 效治理既有建筑外墙饰面砖质量缺陷，提升既有建筑外墙的安全 性、装饰性、功能性等，制定本规程。
1.0.2本规程适用于既有建筑外墙饰面砖工程的质量评估、设 计、施工及验收。
1.0.3既有建筑外墙饰面砖工程质量评估和改造技术除应符合 本规程外，尚应符合国家现行有关标准的规定。
2术语 2.0.1既有建筑existingbuildings 经峻工验收并投人使用的建筑。
2.0.2外墙饰面砖exteriorwallfinishingbricks 用于建筑外墙外表面装饰装修的无机薄型块状材料。
2.0.3质量评估qualityevaluation 通过技术手段辨别外墙饰面砖工程质量的符合性，对其性能 或功能进行判定。
2.0.4改造retrofit 提高既有建筑外墙饰面砖工程的安全、防水或装饰等性能的 技术措施。
2.0.5缺陷defects 既有建筑外墙饰面砖系统中出现的质量问题，包括空鼓、脱 落、渗漏、开裂等。
2.0.6界面增强材料interface strengtheningmaterial 通过涂敷或渗透的方式改善或完全改变材料界面技术性能的 材料。
2.0.7注浆材料groutingmaterial 在饰面砖与饰面砖胶粘剂界面空隙内起填充和固结作用，以 改善饰面砖与基层粘结性能的材料。
