1总则 1.0.1为规范金属屋面工程防水修技术，做到安全可靠、技 术先进，确保工程质量，制定本规程。
1.0.2本规程适用于金属屋面工程出现渗漏进行防水修设计、 施工和验收的修工程。
1.0.3金属屋面防水修应遵循因地制宜、防排结合、合理选 材、综合治理、经济合理、节能环保的原则。
1.0.4金属屋面防水修工程除应符合本规程外，尚应符合国 家现行有关标准的规定。
2术语 2.0.1金属屋面metalroof 以金属板作为屋面系统的面层板，同时承受屋面荷载并将荷 载传递给主体结构的装配式屋面系统。
面层板包括压型钢板、压 型铝合金板等金属板。
2.0.2防水修waterproofrepair 对渗漏工程进行防水维修和翻修的工作。
2.0.3涂料修waterproof coating repair 在金属屋面防水修工程中，由防锈底漆、防水涂料、胎体 增强材料、面涂等构成的具有防水功能的维护系统。
2.0.4卷材修sheet membranewaterproofrepair 在金属屋面防水修工程中，由防锈底漆、防水卷材及相关 辅材等构成的具有防水功能的维护系统。
