1总 则 1.0.1为满足传染病应急防控需求，规范模块应急传染病医院快 速和高质量建设，制定本规程。
1.0.2本规程适用于模块应急传染病医院规划、设计、施工、检测 与验收、拆装与回用。
1.0.3模块应急传染病医院建设应兼顾安全性和先进性、临时性 和长远性、标准化和工业化等原则。
1.0.4模块应急传染病医院建筑的规划、设计、施工、检测与验 收、拆装与回用除应符合本规程规定外，尚应符合国家现行有关标 准和现行中国工程建设标准化协会有关标准的规定。
2术 语 2.0.1模块应急传染病医院 modular emergency infectious diseases hospital 为应对突发传染病疫情，满足传染病应急防控需要，采用模块 化方式快速建造的用于隔离、诊断和收治传染病患者，且结构和消 防按临时建筑建设的专用医院。
模块应急传染病医院的建设定位 按照接诊患者类型不同，可分为留观、普通、重症三种。
2.0.2基本模块basic module 具有特定模数、组成功能单元的最小模块。
