1总则 1.0.1为保障城市轨道交通车辆基地1益综合利用1程（以下 简称为“工益综合利用工程”的运营功能与安全，预防和减少火 灾危害保护人身和财产安全，制定本标准。
1.0.2本标准适用丁策庆市内新建、扩建的上益综合利用工程。
1.0.3上盖综合利用工程的消防设计应遵循国家和地方的有关 方针政策，综合考虑此类项H的特殊性，统筹兼顾，做到安全适 用、技术光进、经济合理。
1.0.4上盖综合利用工程除应符合本技术标准的规定外，尚应 符合国家和币庆市现行有关标准的规定。
