1总则 1.0.1为规范低能耗集成装配式多层房屋技术应用，提高工业 化设计与建造技术水平，降低建筑能耗，改善室内环境，制定本 规程。
1.0.2本规程适用于抗震设防烈度不大于8度的地区，建筑高 度不超过24m的新建、扩建的低能耗集成装配式多层房屋。
1.0.3低能耗集成装配式多层房屋设计应符合建筑全寿命期可 持续发展原则，满足集成化、模块化、标准化及通用化等全产业 链工业化生产方式要求。
1.0.4低能耗集成装配式多层房屋技术应用除应符合本规程规 定外，尚应符合国家现行有关标准和现行中国工程建设标准化协 会有关标准的规定。
