1总则 1.0.1为在基坑工程的地下水回灌中贯彻国家技术经济政策， 保护环境和节约资源，做到技术先进、安全适用、经济合理、确 保质量，制定本规程。
1.0.2本规程适用于民用建筑和市政工程建设项目的基坑工程 采用工程降水需要地下水回灌时的勘察与设计、施工与验收、回 灌运行与监测以及回灌水源处理。
1.0.3基坑工程的地下水回灌除应符合本规程规定外，尚应符 合国家现行有关标准和现行中国工程建设标准化协会有关标准的 规定。
