1总则 1.0.1为规范铁路工程全液压可视可控旋挖扩底灌注桩技术应 用，做到安全可靠、技术先进、经济适用，制定本规程。
1.0.2本规程适用于新建和改建铁路桥涵、路基、站场及站房等 铁路工程全液压可视可控旋挖扩底灌注桩的设计、施工和验收。
1.0.3铁路工程全液压可视可控旋挖扩底灌注桩设计和施工应 根据周边环境条件、工程地质和水文地质条件、工程特性、施工条 件和工程造价等因素确定。
