1总则 1.0.1为贯彻执行环境保护、绿色建筑有关的法律法规和政策， 减少住宅建筑受噪声干扰，保证住宅建筑室内具有健康、宁静和舒 适的声环境，制定本规程。
1.0.2本规程适用于新建住宅建筑噪声控制工程的设计、施工及 质量验收。
1.0.3住宅建筑场地声环境超过现行国家标准《声环境质量标 准》GB3096规定的2类声环境功能区限值或住宅建筑内部存在 非典型噪声源时，应进行全过程声学专项咨询。
1.0.4昼间对应时间段应为北京时间06：00～22：00，夜间对应 时间段应为北京时间22：00～次日06：00；设区的市级以上人民政 府对昼间、夜间划分另有规定的，应按其规定执行。
1.0.5住宅建筑噪声控制除应符合本规程规定外，尚应符合国家 现行有关标准和现行中国工程建设标准化协会有关标准的规定。
