钢结构承包工程投标须知

Ningbo Immochan Real Estate Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the “Client”) now authorizes Shanghai U Man Construction Project Management Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the “Client’s Representative”) to invite sealed tenders from pre-qualified tenderers for provision of the necessary labor, materials, equipment and services for the Steel Structure Contractor of the Auchan Hypermarket Ningbo Xinxing Road Store Project（Phase Ⅱ） (hereinafter referred to as the “Project”).
宁波颐莫尚置业有限公司（以下简称“业主”）授权上海裕满建筑工程管理有限公司（以下简称“业主代表”）邀请具有资格的投标人参与宁波欧尚新星路店（二期）项目（以下简称“本项目”） 钢结构承包工程的招投标，投标人提供密封的标书，提供完成合同工程所需的劳力、材料、设备和服务。

A.7 Project profile: Auchan Hypermarket Ningbo Xinxing Road Store is a supermarket invested by Ningbo Immochan Real Estate Co. Ltd. The project land located at the cross of HuanCheng West Road and Xinxing Road in Ningbo. The land area is 67,685m2. The foundation is tubular pile foundation.The total building area is about 179,589m2. The whole project is divided into two phases. The build-up area for the first phase is about 52,135 m2, including 34,135m2 above ground and the basement is about 18,000m2. And the second phase is about 127,724.36 m2, including 74,166.74 m2 above ground and the basement is about 53,557.61 m2. The basement floor on Phase Ⅱ is designed for parking garage and machine room. 1F、2F is designed for small shops and anchor stores. 2F is designed for supermarkets and fresh areas. The part of 3F、4F is catering. The scope of this Tender is the Steel Structure Contractor works in Second Phase. Referring to construction drawings and relevant tendering documents. The Tender of General Contractor Works is CBTGC.
项目概况： 宁波欧尚新星店是宁波颐莫尚置业有限公司在宁波市环城西路和新星路路口新建一大型超市，总占地面积67685m2，约101.5亩，基础为管桩承台基础;根据目前方案，总建筑面积约为179859m2，分二期建设，其中地下二层71792.3m2，地上四层108066.7m2；
其中二期工程建设项目建筑面积127724.36m2，其中地下建筑面积53557.61m2,，地上建筑面积74166.74m2；地下一层为收货区、停车库和设备房，地下二层为人防的物资库和人员掩蔽所，平时做停车库和设备房；地上一、二层层是小商铺、主力店和局部餐饮；三层四层主要是餐饮和主力店；三层屋面是停车场；本次招标范围为二期钢结构工程，详见设计工程图和有关招标文件。二期工程总承包由中国建筑技术集团有限公司负责。

招标范围： 本次招标范围为欧尚超市宁波新星路店二期项目的钢结构工程，包括招标文件及招标图纸中明确载明的工作、招标文件/图纸虽未明确载明但按照国家/当地规范和欧尚技术标准要求承包商完成的其他工作，包括但不限于：
1、 包括钢结构的采购、加工、制作、运输、安装；
2、 在混凝土基础中的钢结构预埋件供应及预埋、钢构、混凝土板的楼承板、剪力钉、附件及结构中混凝土以外的所有工程；
3、 钢结构防火涂料及底涂；

C Eligibility and Qualification
资格要求
C.1 All tenderers who have been approved by the Client at the Pre-qualification Survey
所有通过业主资格预审调查的承包商可参加投标。

C.2 To be eligible for award of contract, tenderers shall have provided evidence satisfactory to the Client and Client’s Representative of their eligibility and of their capability and adequacy of resources to effectively carry out the Contract. To this end, the Client or Client’s Representative may, at any time prior to award of contract, request tenderers to amplify or update previously submitted pre-qualification data.
为说明自己的中标资格，投标人应向业主和业主代表提供足够的证明，保证有效地执行合同。为此，业主或业主代表在公布中标者前，可要求投标人更新其先前提供的资格证明材料。
