三、 技术标分析technical proposal evaluation
This tender is Piling&excavation&retaining and protecting for foundation contracting tendering. The main point of the Piling&excavation&retaining and protecting for foundation contractor’s job contains two parts: One part is the design and construction working of the Piling&excavation&retaining and protecting for foundation as a construction contractor; the other is the coordinate with the general contractor and other subcontractors. U man thinks that the important point of this project is the negotiation and coordination to all contractors to complete this project in the limit of contract period (160days) as requested with schedule, quality, and safety in controlling.
本次招标为管桩及基坑支护开挖工程招标。作为管桩及基坑支护开挖分包商,其主要工作重点分为两部分:一部分为管桩及基坑支护开挖工程现场施工单位,必须为其负责的工作进度、质量、安全、验收等负责;另一部分为作为管桩及基坑支护开挖分包单位,与本项目的总包及其他分包的协调和配合。裕满认为,本项目的难点在于施工工期紧张,进度、质量、安全在合同规定工期(160天)范围内完成。
The three tenderers had their each advantages and disadvantages in the technical tender document. At the project construction schedule plan part, CBTGC 168 days, Nanjing Ⅷ 110 days,Nantong xinhua only 55days.But According the plan off technical documents,the schedule off Nantong xinhua is 142 days.Uman consider the normal schedule is 160 days.At the construction plan part, CBTGC&Nantong Xinhua can meet the requirement basically with some limitation in general layout plan. At the deepen design drawings part, Nanjing Ⅷ just submit one design plan without the calculation sheet.
上述三家竞标单位提供的技术标各有优劣。在施工进度计划方面,中技工期为168天、南京八建工期为110天、南通新华工期为55天,但根据南通新华提供的进度计划来看其总工期为142天,与其投标函中55天不符,经管理公司测算本工程工期在160日历天左右;在施工方案方面,中技、南通新华的技术方案较全面详细,南京八建的方案不够完整,不够详细,缺少部分内容。
According to the analysis of all technical documents, the reasonable ranking of the five candidates should be: 1. CBTGC; 2. Nantong Xinhua; 3. Nanjing Ⅷ.
三家投标单位的技术标比较合理的顺序依次是中技>南通新华>南京八建。
