1 总 则
1.0.1 为贯彻国家技术经济政策,促进建筑节能,规范夏热冬 冷地区供暖空调系统性能的现场检测方法,制定本标准。
1.0.2 本标准适用于夏热冬冷地区新建、扩建和改建供暖空调 系统工程的建筑室内热湿环境现场检测及供暖空调系统的耗能 量、供冷 (热)量和能效的现场检测。
1.0.3 夏热冬冷地区供暖空调系统性能检测除应符合本标准外, 尚应符合国家现行有关标准的规定。
2 术 语
2.0.1 动态调控 dynamic control
运行人员采用动态改变参数设置 、间歇运行等方式,对供暖 空调系统末端设备进行的动态调节和控制操作。
2.0.2 热响应时间 thermal response time
供暖空调系统末端设备动态调控后,室内 温湿度达到目标值 或目标范围时所用时间,单位为分钟 (min) 或小时 (h)。
2.0.3 热响应曲线 thermal response curve
供暖空调系统末端设备动态调控后,室内 温湿度在热响应时 间内的变化曲线。
2.0.4 温度波动 temperature fluctuation
供暖空调系统末端设备在某种设置状态 下正常运行,在测试 时段内的所有采样时刻室内温度的标准偏差,单位为度℃。
2.0.5 供暖空调系统全年能效比(APF,”) annual performance factor of heating and air conditioning system
供暖空调系统全年累计供冷量与累计供热 量之和与冷热源系 统、输配 系 统及 末 端 系统 的耗 能 量 之 和 的 比值,表示 为 kwh/kwh。
2.0.6 供暖空调系统制冷季节能效比(SEER,) cooling seasonal energy efficiency ratio of heating and air conditioning system
在制冷季节,供暖空调系统累计供冷量与冷源系统、 输配系 统及末端系统的耗能量之和的比值,表示为kwh/kwh。
2.0.7 供暖空调系统制热季节能效比(HS尸Fsys) heating seasonal performance factor of heating and air conditioning system
在制热季节,供暖空调系统累计供热量与热源系统、输配系统及末端系统的耗能量之和的比值,表示为 kwh/kwh。
2.0.8 典型日 typical day
能够反映供暖空调系统运 行典型气候特点和典型运行特点的 完整 日。
2.0.9 供暖空调系统典型日能效比 typical day energy efficiency ratio of heating and air conditioning system
供暖空调系统在典型日工况下,供冷量或供 热量与冷热源系 统、输配系 统及 末 端 系统 的耗 能量 之 和 的 比值,表示 为 kwh/kwh。
