根据中国工程建设标准化协会《关于印发<2018年第一批协会标准制订、修订计划>的通知》(建标协字〔2018〕015号)的要求,规程编制组经深人调查研究 ,认真总结实践经验 ,参考有关标 准,并在广泛征求意见的基础上 ,制定本规程 。

1 总 则
1.0.1 为规范岩石与混凝土扩孔自锁锚杆的技术要求,做到安全适用 、技术先进 、经济合理、确保质量和环保节能 ,制定本规程。
1.0.2 本规程适用于以岩石或混凝土为基材的扩孔 自锁锚杆的设计 、施工 、质量检验及验收 。
1.0.3 扩孔自锁锚杆的设计、施工、质量检验及验收除应执行本规程外 ,尚应符合国家现行有关标准的规定。
2 术语和符号
2.1 术 语
2.1.1 自锁锚固 self--locking anchorage
利用 自锁锚头与基材扩孔壁之间的锁键咬合作用所形成的锚固方式 。
2.1.2 扩孔 自锁锚杆 counterbore self-locking anchor rod
通过 自锁锚 固来提供锚 固力 的锚杆 ,本规程 简称“锚杆”。以岩石为基材的扩孔 自锁锚杆 ,简称“岩石锚杆”;以混凝土为基材 的扩孔 自锁锚杆 ,简称“混凝土锚杆”。
2.1.3 基材 base material
承载锚杆 的母体结构,本规程指岩石或混凝土 。
2.1.4 扩孔 counterbore
利用专用扩孔钻头将直孔底部或孔内某一部位扩大的施工工艺 。
2.1.5 扩孔钻头 counterbore bit
在直孔内,能通过旋转加压使钻头刀片张开磨削或切割基材而形成局部扩大孔的钻头。
2.1.6 自锁锚头 Self locking anchor head
安装在扩大孔 内,与基 材孔壁 咬合 ,并提供机械锚 固力 的部件 。又称内锚头。
2.1.7 楔缝式内锚头 slot一and一wedge built一in anchor head
在锚杆端部沿轴向将其切槽分成多瓣 ,并插人楔形块使锚杆端部张开形成锁键的锚头。
2.1.8 套筒式内锚头 51赶eve一type built一in anchor head
锚杆端部为正锥体 ,端部外套沿轴向切缝的套筒 ,套筒向端部挤压张开形成锁键的锚头 。
2.1.9 楔块式内锚头 wedge一type built一in anchor head
由楔块座、楔块和张开装置组成 ,张开装置使楔块向外张开形成锁键的锚头。
2.1.10 浅孔自锁锚杆 short一hole self locking anchor rod
埋植深度小于或等于 40 倍杆体直径的自锁锚杆。
2.1.11 深孔自锁锚杆 deep一hole self-locking anchor rod
埋植深度大于 40 倍杆体直径 的自锁锚杆。
2.1.12 多层自锁锚杆 multilayer self--locking anchor rod
安装在多层扩孔 内,由多层锁键锚 固的 自锁锚杆。
2.1.13 预应力 自锁锚杆 prestressed self--locking anchor rod
对杆体施加预应力的自锁锚杆,由自锁锚头局部灌浆形成的锚固体 、自由段和外锚头组成 。
2.1.14 挂件式 自锁锚杆 suspended self-locking anchor rod
用于各类管道支架、吊架、托架或设备的安装固定所用的一种自锁锚杆。
2.1.15 后置式扩孔 自锁锚栓 post一mounted Self locking anchor rod
用于设备安装的后置式锚 固工程的 自锁锚杆。
