根据中国工程建设标准化协会 《关于印发 <2017年第二批工程建设协会标准制定、修订计划>的通知》(建标协字 〔2017〕031号)的要求,规程编制组在深人调查研究,认真总结实践经验,参考有关国内外现行标准,并在广泛征求意见的基础上,编制了本规程。
本规程共分为 6章和 3个附录,主要技术内容包括:总则、术语、基本规定、病害类型与检测方法、健康度评定、数据管理等。

1 总 则
1.0.1 为规范城市轨道交通盾构隧道结构的病害检测和健康度评定方法,保证检测工作质量,指导养护维修,做到安全可靠、先进成熟、经济适用,制定本规程。
1.0.2 本规程适用于初期运营或正式运营的城市轨道交通盾构隧道结构病害的检测。
1.0.3 隧道结构病害检测应积极采用新技术、新设备。
1.0.4 城市轨道交通盾构隧道结构病害检测除应执行本规程外,尚应符合国家现行有关标准的规定。
2 术 语
2.0.1 隧道结构病害 tunnel Structure diseases
影响隧道结构安全性和耐久性的现象,包括裂缝、渗漏水、剥落剥离、酥松、起鼓、锈蚀、变形等。
2.0.2 隧道结构病害检测 inspection of tunnel structure diseases
为评定既有隧道结构的性能,对隧道结构病害进行的检查、测试与记录描述等工程活动。
2.0.3 隧道结构快速检测设备 rapid detection device of tunnel Structure
搭载数字相机、激光扫描仪、红外热像仪、地质雷达等一种或多种仪器,对隧道结构病害进行动态连续数据采集的无损检测设备。
2.0.4 数字摄影测量法 digital photogrammetry method
利用摄影手段获取隧道表面数字图像,根据像点与相应 目标点间的数学关系,获取隧道结构表面病害特征的方法。
2.0.5 三维激光扫描 three--dimensional laser scanning
利用激光测距的原理,采用非接触式扫描测量方法,获取隧道结构表面点云数据,建立隧道三维影像模型,辨识隧道结构变形或病害的方法。
2.0.6 异常值 outlier
检测数据中明显偏离所有检测数据算术平均值的观测值。
2.0.7 健康度评定 health index evaluation
依据检测结果,采用相应方法对隧道结构健康度实施的分级 、判定 。
2.0.8 单环健康度 health index of a segment ring
以单环管片为单位,依据不同病害及其影响程度综合确定的健康度。
