1 总 则
1.0.1 为防范城市综合管廊火灾风险,提升综合管廊消防安全水平 、降低火灾危害 ,做到安全适用 、技术先进 、经济合理,制定本规程 。
1.0.2 本规程适用于新建、扩建、改建城市综合管廊及相关附属设施的消防设计、施工、验收和维护管理。
1.0.3 城市综合管廊的消防设计、施工、验收与维护管理,除应执行本规程外,尚应符合国家现行有关标准的规定。
2 术 语
2.0.1 防火隔墙 fire Partition wall
综合管廊内防止火灾蔓延至相邻区域且耐火极限不低于规定要求的不燃性墙体。
2.0.2 附属功能用房 auxiliary function space
综合管廊附属的变配电用房 、监控等弱电设备机房、消防控制室与监控中心、通风空调机房等功能房。
2.0.3 电力电缆接头区 area of cable joint
综合管廊内一个 电力 电缆接头所在 的区域。
2.0.4 复合型图像火灾探测器 video image combined fire detector
采用红外和可见光视频图像等方式 同时分析燃烧过程 中的烟雾 、火焰、温度等多种火灾特征参数 ,进行火灾探测的装置 。
2.0.5 局部应用灭火系统 local application extinguishing system
针对保护对象设置,保护非封闭受限空间内某具体保护对象的 自动灭火系统 。
2.0.6 局部应用灭火装置 local application extinguishing device
针对保护对象设置 ,保护非封闭受限空间内某具体保护对象的自动灭火装置 。
2.0.7 通风区间 ventilation segment
综合管廊各舱室内具备独立通风换气能力的通风单元。
2.0.8 火灾后排烟 smoke exhaust after fire
综合管廊舱室火灾扑灭后 ,将舱室内残 留的火灾烟气排至管廊外部环境。
2.0.9·消防系统实体火灾模拟试验 full scale fire test on automatic fire system
模拟应用现场的空间条件和火灾特性,针对实际保护对象进行的实体火灾探测试验和 自动灭火试验 。
