1 总 则
1.0.1 为进一步降低建筑能耗,提高民用建筑节能门窗(以下简称门窗)的应用质量,保证安全性能、物理性能及使用功能,制定本标准。
1.0.2 本标准适用于京津冀三地新建、改建、扩建门窗工程的设计、安装和质量验收。
1.0.3 门窗的设计、安装施工及质量验收除应符合本标准规定外,尚应符合国家及地方现行有关标准的规定。
2 术语和符号
2.1 术 语
2.1.1 成品外窗 finished external windows
对外窗的构造、材料、生产工艺等进行优化设计并定性,对外窗的规格尺寸进行规定,各项性能指标符合标准规定和工程设计要求,具有一定通用性和互换性的外窗。
2.1.2 披水条 weather strip
用于外窗框、扇横向缝隙处的挡风及排泄雨水的型材杆件。
2.1.3 披水板 weather board
安装于外窗室外侧下框底部,具有一定倾斜坡度用于排水的部 件。
2.1.4 抗结露因子 condensation resistance factor
在稳定传热状态下,门窗热侧表面与室外空气温度差和室内、外空气温度差的比值。
