根据中国工程建设标准化协会 《关于印发 <2019年第二批
协会标准制订、修订计划)的通知》 (建标协字 〔2019〕22 号)
的要求,编制组经深人调查研究,认真总结实践经验,并在广泛
征求意见的基础上,编制了本导则。
本导则共分为 7章和 1个附录,主要技术内容包括:总则、

1 总 则
1.0.1 为提升高性能建筑围护结构的保温性能、消除热桥影响、提升建筑气密性等技术要求,规范高性能建筑围护结构节能工程应用,做到技术先进、经济合理、保证工程质量,制定本导则。
1.0.2 本导则适用于高性能建筑围护结构节能工程的设计、施工与验收 。
1.0.3 高性能建筑围护结构节能技术应用除应符合本导则外,尚应符合国家现行有关标准的规定。
2 术 语
2.0.1 高性能建筑围护结构 high performance building envelope
建筑围护结构满足现行国家标准 《近零能耗建筑技术标准》GB/T 51350 中保温、隔热、高气密性要求的建筑外围护结构以及区分供暖与非供暖空间的内围护结构。
2.0.2 非透光围护结构 non transparent envelope
建筑外围护结构中的不透光部分,包括屋面、外墙、非透明幕墙、地面、非透光外门、区分供暖与非供暖空间的内围护结构等 。
2.0.3 透光围护结构 transparent envelope
可见光能够直接投射人室内的建筑外围护结构,包含外窗、天窗、采光顶、透明幕墙等。
2.0.4 保温隔热垫块 thermal insulation pad
满足抗压强度和隔热性能要求的固体块状材料。
2.0.5 断热桥锚栓 anchor bolt of thermal insulation bridge
通过特殊的构造设计,能减小或阻断锚钉热桥效应的锚栓。
2.0.6 防水透汽膜 waterproof and breathable membrane
对建筑物外围护结构的缝隙进行密封并兼具防水及允许水蒸气透出功能的膜状材料。
2.0.7 防水隔汽膜 waterproof air barrier membrane
对建筑物外围护结构的缝隙进行密封、阻挡空气与水汽渗透的膜状气密性材料
