说 明
一、《防渗防裂节点构造标准》是集团股份有限公司企业标准之一,共有地下工程防渗防裂节点 构造标准、屋面工程防渗防裂节点构造标准、外墙工程防渗防裂节点构造标准、楼地面工程防渗防裂 节点构造标准、外墙门窗工程安装防渗漏节点构造标准、砌体防开裂节点构造标准和给排水管道及卫生洁具安装工程防渗漏节点构造标准7个部分,为推荐性标准图集。其编写目的是为设计部、工程部工程技术人员提供较为有效的防渗防裂 做法和相关的质量控制要点。
二、本《防渗防裂节点构造标准》由集团工程管理部根据集团各项目及标杆企业的经验编制,具有较 强的实用性和可操作性,可以指导施工图纸的设计和现场施工,各公司设计部、工程部可以根据本项目具体情况选择适合的节点标准作为设计任务书的要求及招标文件的技术要求,同时,本标准也可作为工程部编制项目《防渗防裂专项施工方案》的依据。

屋面防渗漏节点做法
总体要求
一、本地下工程防渗漏节点做法是在严格执行《地下防水工程质量验收规范》(GB50208一2011)
和《地下工程防水技术规范》(GB50108-2008)的基础上,统一地下工程防水工程中各重点部位的防水细部做法,以规范施工,达到防止渗漏的目的。
二、地下防水工程中涉及的混凝土强度等级、抗渗等级、防水做法必须符合设计图纸的要求。
三、地下防水工程施工前,项目技术负责人必须组织技术人员进行图纸会审,掌握工程主体及细部构造的防水技术要求,并编制防水工程的施工方案。
四、防水混凝土应连续浇筑,宜少留施工缝。当必须留设施工缝时应遵守下列规定:
1、墙体水平施工缝不应留在剪力与弯矩最大处或底板与侧墙的交接处,应留在高出底板表面不小于300mm的墙体上。拱(板)墙结合的水平施工缝宜留在拱(板)墙接缝线以下150-300mm处,墙体
有预留孔洞时施工缝距孔洞边缘不应小于300m。
2、外墙垂直施工缝应避开地下水和裂隙水较多地段,并宜与变型缝相结合。
五、施工缝的施工应符合下列规定:
1、水平施工缝浇灌混凝土前应将其表面浮浆和杂物清除,然后铺设净浆或涂刷混凝土界面处理剂、水泥基渗透结晶型防水涂料,再铺30-50m厚同强度去石子混凝土,并应及时浇灌混凝土。
2、垂直施工缝浇灌混凝土前,应将其表面清理干净,再涂刷混凝土界面处理剂或水泥基渗透结晶型防水涂料,并应及时浇灌混凝土。

3、选用的遇水膨胀止水条应具有缓胀性能,其7的膨胀率不应大于最终膨胀率的60%,最终膨胀率宜大于220%
4、适水膨胀止水条宜牢固地安装在预留槽内。
5、采用中埋式止水带时应确保位置准确,并固定牢靠。
六、防水混凝土结构内部设置的各种钢筋或绑扎铁丝,不得接触模板,用于固定模板的螺栓必须穿过混凝土结构时可采用工具式螺栓或螺栓加堵头,螺栓上应加焊止水环。拆模后将留下的凹槽用密封材料封堵密实,并应聚合物水泥砂浆抹平。
七、防水混凝土终凝后应立即进行养护,养护时间不得少于14。
八、防水混凝土的冬期施工应符合下列规定:
1、混凝土入模温度不应低于50C。
2、混凝土应采用综合蓄热法、蓄热法、暖棚法、摻化学外加剂等养护方法,不得采用电热法或蒸汽直接加热法。
3、应采取保温保湿措施。
九、收缩型后浇带一般在两侧混凝土龄期达到42后施工,沉降型后浇带则必须待高层部位主体结构施工结束、沉降基本完成后浇筑。后浇带应设在受力和变形较小的部位。后浇带应采用补偿收缩混凝土浇筑,其抗渗和抗压等级不应低于两侧混凝土。
