中建塔吊运力分析及优化技术 [摘要]超高层建筑施工的垂直运输工作是施工组织的重要内容,也是正常施工环境下制约 工期的关键影响因素之xxxx国际广场工程共54层,高249.5m,xx省在施第一高楼, 位于8.5度地震设防烈度区域,目前是中国大陆区域高烈度区第一高楼,设防标准高,各结 构构件设计较大,施工工作量大。钢筋混凝土核心筒与钢管混凝土外框柱的安装作业内容都 需要大量占用塔吊来解决垂直运输工作。本文通过工程实践,对塔吊的使用进行了大量的统 计分析,并根据分析结果采取措施优化了塔吊运力,促进了工程质量和安全管理工作,并为 工期目标的实现提供了有力的措施保障。 [关键词]超高层建筑,塔吊,运力分析,运力优化 Analysis and Optimization Technology for Tower Crane Capacity of High Skyscraper Structure Construction Li Song ( HuadongBranch of China State Sixth Engineering Bureau Co .Ltd .,Nanjing Jiangsu 210016 Abstract :Vertical transport is one of the important issue during the high skyscraper construction and ,it is also the key fact to work time performance as well .Hainan HNA international plaza is the highest building Hainan province ,it is floors and 249 .5mhigh .The building is located on the 8.5 seismic intensity area and the workload is much more than any other similar buildings . The inner core wall and external steel work depend on the capacity of the two tower crane .
