粉煤灰综合利用 FLY ASH COMPREHENSIVE UTILIZATION 2012o.1 题研 焦炭-水泥基复合材料电磁屏蔽性能的研究 Research on The Electromagnetic Shielding Performance of Cement-Based Composite Materials of Coke 宋钦 (1.同济大学材料科学与工程学院,201804; 2.同济大学先进土木工程材料教育部重点实验室,上海201804 摘要:研究了焦炭和碳纤维的掺量,焦炭细度,减水剂,样品厚度对材料电磁屏蔽性能的影响。分别利用两电极法 和同轴电缆法测试了材料的电阻和电磁屏蔽效能。研究结果表明增加焦炭的掺量对水泥基材料导电性能的影响不显 著,但增加焦炭细度能明显提高水泥基材料的导电性能;而样品厚度对水泥基材料的电磁屏蔽性能影响不大;焦炭水泥 基材料掺人碳纤维后能使材料的导电性能和电磁屏蔽性能明显提高。 关键词焦炭水泥基材料电磁屏蔽 中图分类号:TU317.6 文献标识码:A 文章编号:1005-8249(2012)01-0023-05 Song Qin ( KeyLaboratory of Advanced Civil Engineering Materials ,Ministry of Education ,Tongji University ,Shanghai 201804 ) Abstract :Rescarch the influence to the electromagnetie shielding performance of coke and carbon fiber content ,fineness of coke ,water - reducing agent ,the sample .Resistivity were measured using two-probe method ,and shielding effectiveness were measured the cable method .The result show that increasing the contents of coke ,the conductivity of cement based materinl changes little .But when increasing the fineness of coke ,the conductivity of the cement based material will increase too .As the thicknese of sample increase ,the shielding effectivity of the cement based mater...
