粉煤灰综合利用 FLY ASH COMPREHENSIVE UTILIZATION 2018N0.2 试验与应用 聚羧酸减水剂配制助磨剂对水泥性能的影响 the Influence of Polycarboxylate Superplasticizer mixed Grinding Aids on Cement Properties 许永东 (安康学院化学化工学院,陕西安康725000) 摘要:试验利用聚羧酸减水剂与三乙醇胺复配作为水泥助磨剂,通过小磨试验研究助磨剂对水泥颗粒的粒度 分布、抗压强度以及水泥的比表面积等因素进行研究,研究表明粒度分布因素与压强有着明显的关联;其中粒度在 3μm~32μm的百分数越多其水泥的强度越大;聚羧酸减水剂助磨剂助磨生产水泥相比较空白水泥其各期龄抗折分 别增加11.7%、8.81%、3.02%,抗压强度其分别增加7%、12.06%、5.4%;其中通过XRD对水泥水化产物CH进 行研究:聚羧酸减水剂助磨剂促进水泥水化反应,提高水泥强度发展. 关键词:粒度分布;聚羧酸减水剂;三乙醇胺;抗压强度 中图分类号:TU528.042*2 文献标识码:A文章编号:1005-8249(2018)02-0043-03 Xu Yongdong Department of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering Ankang University Ankang 725000 China) Abstract:It makes use of Polycarboxylate Superplasticizer and triethanolamine as grinding aids which researches the effect of some factors such as size distribution pressive strength specific surface of cement by ball griding mill test.The result shows that the size distribution and screen residue are obviously related to pressive strength the more percent of particle size range3μm-32μm the more pressive strength.
