粉煤灰综合利用 FLY ASH COMPREHENSIVE UTILIZATION 2010o.1 铅锌硫矿尾矿废水净化处理的可行性研究 The Study on Feasibility of Tailings Water Purification of Lead-zine Mine 赵霞,雒和明,谢刚,张建强,陈步科 (兰州理工大学石油化工学院,兰州730050) 摘要:针对甘肃陇南地区铅锌硫矿尾矿废水中大量难以沉降的悬浮物,提出了化学混凝处理工艺。研究了不同絮 凝剂、助凝剂以及pH调节剂在处理过程中对废水浊度及沉降速度等的影响作用。研究结果表明,选用PAM为絮凝剂、 CaCl2为助凝剂、CaO为pH调整剂,其用量分别为14g/L、150g/L、420g/L时,水中寨体沉降最快,处理后上清液浊度小 于10,达到了清洁生产的目的。 关键词:铅锌硫矿;絮凝剂浊度沉降速度;尾矿水 号:703文献标识码:A文章编号:1005-8249(2010)01 中围分类号:70 ( Collegeof Petrochemical Technology ,Lanzhou Univ of Tech ,Lanzhou 730050 ,China ) Abstract :The chemical coagulation technology was selected for solids in the tailing water of lead-zine mine always maintain suspended and nsinkable in Longnan Gansu .In this study ,the residue turbidity and sedimentation of the waatewater with different coagulants are euamined using PAM as the focculant ,CaCl2 as coagulation aids and CaO as the pH regulators .The experimental results show that the effects are optimum with the bination of 14g /PAM ,150 g /t CaCl ,and 420g /t .Supernatant turbidity of less than IONTU ,cleaner production purposes could be realized .
