1总则 1.0.1为了规范矩形钢管混凝土组合异形柱结构应用并在其设 计施工中做到安全适用、技术先进、经济合理、确保质量，制定 本规程。
1.0.2本规程适用于工业与民用建筑和一般构筑物的矩形钢管 混凝土组合异形柱结构的设计、施工及验收。
1.0.3矩形钢管混凝土组合异形柱结构的设计、建造宜遵循绿 色建筑的理念，保证良好的安全性、建筑功能和舒适度，符合装 配化的原则。
