粉煤灰综合利用 FLY ASH COMPREHENSIVE UTILIZATION 2011N0.1 专题研究 不同品质粉煤灰在砂浆中减水效应及强度规律的研究 The Study of Water Reducing Effect and Strength Rule of Various Fly Ashes in Mortars 周茗如,孙耀峰,乔宏霞 (兰州理工大学土木工程学院,兰州730050) 摘要:选取甘肃地区4种不同品质的粉煤灰,研究各粉煤灰的减水率和同流动度条件下砂浆的强度.结果表明: 粉煤灰的品质对砂浆的减水效果和强度有较大的影响,品质较优的FA1、FA2减水效应、各龄期砂浆强度均高于品质较 劣的FA3、FA4.粉煤灰水泥砂浆抗压强度与粉煤灰减水率两者之间具有负线性相关.粉煤灰减水效果越好,其与强度 的线性关联度越大. 关键词:粉煤灰;品质:减水效应;砂浆;强度 中图分类号:TU57*8.1 文献标识码:A文章编号:1005-8249(2011)01-0015-04 ZHOU Ming-ru SUN Yao-feng QIAO Hong-xia (College of Civil Engineering Lanzhou University of Technology Lanzhou 730050 China) Abstract:This paper selects four different qualities of fly ashes in Gansu province and has tested water-reducing ratio and atrength of fly ashes in mortars.The resuits show that the qualities of fly ashes take a great effect on water-reduction and strength in mortars FAI and FA2 are better than FA3 and FA4 on water-reduction and strength in mortars.Compressive strength of cement mortar and wnter-reducing ratio have a good negative linear correlation.The better the fly ash water-reducing property the greater impact on the preasive strength of cement mortar.
