粉煤灰综合利用 FLY ASH COMPREHENSIVE UTILIZATION 2016NO.2 试验与应用 废弃混凝土制备干混砌筑砂浆的试验研究* Experimental Research on Waste Concrete Preparing Dry-mixed Masonry Mortar 孔哲,李秋义,郭远新,莫建,韩帅 (蓝色经济区工程建设与安全协同创新中心,青岛理工大学,山东青岛266033) 摘要:利用废弃混凝土生产制备再生细骨料和再生粉体,并应用于干混砌筑砂浆中,通过调整用水量控制砂浆的 稠度在70mm~80mm 以此研究再生粉体掺量及胶砂比对干混砌筑砂浆基本性能、力学性能以及抗冻性能的影响.研究 结果表明,干混砌筑砂浆的基本性能与再生粉体掺量及胶砂比的变化均呈线性关系;当胶砂比为1:3,再生粉体掺量为 10%时,其28d抗压强度可达35.0MPa 比未掺加再生粉体时仅减小8.1%,且砂浆的抗冻性能符合规范要求. 关键词:废弃混凝土;再生砂;再生粉体;干混砌筑砂浆;力学性能;抗冻性 中图分类号:TU578.1 文献标识码:A文章编号:1005-8249(2016)02-0011-04 Kong Zhe Li Qiuyi Guo Yuanxin Han Shuai Mo Jian Collaborative Innovation Center of Engineering Construction and Safety in Shandong Blue Economic Zone Qingdao Technological University Shandong Qingdao 266033) Abstract:Using waste concrete product to prepare recycled fine aggregate and recycled powder which is used in dry-mixed masonry mortar. Through adjusting water consumption to control the consistency in the range of 70-80mm the effeet of basic properties mechanical properties and frost resistance of dry-mixed masonry mortar on the different content of recycled powder and binder to sand ratio is studied.The results show that the basic properties of mortar have good linear relationships with the changes of content of recycled powder and binder to sand ratio.When the binder to sand ratio being 1:3 and the content of recycled powder being 10% the pressive strength at 28d is 35.0MPa and decreases only by 8.1% without adding recycled powder and the frost resistance of morta...
