粉煤灰综合利用 FLY ASH COMPREHENSIVE UTILIZATION 2016N0.2 试验与应用 掺粉煤灰对不同水泥品种钢渣混凝土基本力学性能试验研究 Experimental Study on Mechanical Properties of different Cement Steel Slag Concrete with Fly Ash 史阳光,冯勇1,王怀义2 (1.新疆农业大学水利与土木工程学院,乌鲁木齐830052;2.新疆水利水电科学研究院,乌鲁木齐830049) 摘要:通过粉煤灰替代部分普通硅酸盐水泥和高抗硫水泥的试验,结果得出两种水泥配制钢渣混凝土抗压、抗折 强度均随着粉煤灰掺量的增加呈递减趋势;但是当粉煤灰掺量一定时,两种水泥品种配制钢渣混凝土都表现出抗折、抗 压强度随着龄期的增长而提高.在粉煤灰掺量相同情况下,两种水泥品种钢渣混凝土相同龄期的抗压强度均表现普通 硅酸盐水泥钢渣混凝土高于高抗硫水泥钢渣混凝土;其抗折强度则大多表现出高抗硫水泥钢渣混凝土比普通硅酸盐水 泥钢渣混凝土的高. 关键词:粉煤灰;普通硅酸盐水泥;高抗硫水泥;钢渣混凝土;强度 中图分类号:TU528.2 文献标识码:A 文章编号:1005-8249(2016)02-0015-03 Shi Yang-guang' Feng Yong' Wang Huai-yi (1.College of Water Conservancy and Civil Engineering Xinjiang Agricultural University Urumqi Xinjiang 830052; 2.China Xinjiang Institute of water resources and Hydropower Research Urumqi 830049) Abstract:Through the test of fly ash replacement part of ordinary portland cement and high sulfur cement the analysis of two kinds of cement mixed with steel slag concrete pressive strength flexural strength with the increase of the content of fly ash but when the content of fly ash two kinds of cement concrete mixed with steel slag concrete are both resistant to bending pressive strength with age growth.In the same situation the pressive strength of two kinds of steel slag concrete with same age the pressive strength of concrete with steel slag in the same age and the concrete with high sulfur content of steel slag concrete and its flexural strength is high.
