粉煤灰综合利用 FLY ASH COMPREHENSIVE UTILIZATION 2010NO.1 循环流化床固硫灰复合胶凝材料的早期水化特点* Early-age Hydration Heat of Complex Binder Prepared with Circulating Fluidized Bed Desulfurized Fly Ash 张磊,杨久俊,王雪平 (天津城市建设学院材料工程系,天津300384) 摘要:研究了大掺量循环流化床固硫灰复合胶凝材料的物理力学性能,以及其早期水化放热特点和水化产物.研 究结果表明:利用接量为30%~60%固硫灰制备的复合胶凝材料满足32.5、42.5强度等级水泥标准;固硫灰复合胶凝 材料的标准稠度比水泥的标准稠度大,且随着固硫灰用量的增加标准稠度增加,同时凝结时间变长;与P.042.5水泥相 比,循环流化床固硫灰复合胶凝材料水化的诱导期较长,水化放热速率明显变小,水化热较低. 关键词:循环流化床固硫灰;复合胶凝材料;早期水化热 中图分类号:TU528.041;X773文献标识码:A 文章编号:1005-8249(2010)01-0009-04 Department of Materials Engineering Tianjin Institute of Urban Construction Tianjin 300384 China) Abstract:The influences of desulfuriaed fly ash on the strength setting time water requirement for nommal consistency and hydration heat and products of plex binders were investigated.The results showed that plex binders with 305%-60%desulfurized fly ash content can ply with the standard of 32.5 or 42.5 cement.The water requirement for nomal consistency of plex binders increased from 4%to 6%(ab- solute increment value)with an addition of 30%to 60%desulfurized fly ash.The setting time deeressed with an increase of desulfurized fly ash content.The hydmtion heat of plex binder has a longer induetion period paring with P.042.5 cement and the hydrntion heat reection ratio is lower.
