粉煤灰综合利用 FLY ASH COMPREHENSIVE UTILIZATION 2012N0.1 试验与应“用 茶系减水剂与缓凝剂复合效应研究 Study on Composition Effects of Naphthalene Plasticizer and Retarders 何燕 (同济大学材料科学与工程学院建筑材料研究所,上海201804) 摘要:利用五种缓凝剂(包括三聚磷酸钠、酒石酸钾钠、葡萄糖、柠檬酸钠、葡萄糖酸钠等)与萘系高效减水剂进行 复配,结合流动度、胶砂强度、缓凝作用等指标评判各复合外加剂的性能.研究结果表明:掺入萘系高强减水剂与缓凝剂 复配溶液,水泥净浆的初凝时间和终凝时间均不同程度延长;糖类缓凝剂的保坍性能较好,当复合高效减水剂中缓凝成 分控制在0.05%,水泥浆体流动度经时损失率较小;随着酒石酸钾钠和柠檬酸钠掺量增加,胶砂抗压强度呈上升趋势. 关键词:萘系减水剂;缓凝剂;复配 中图分类号:TU528.042文献标识码:A 文章编号:1005-8249(2012)01-0041-04 He Yan College of Material Science and Technology Tongji University Shanghai 201804) Abstract:Based on posite testing of naphthalene superplasticizer and different retarders which included sodium tripolyphosphate sodium potassium tartrate tetrahydrate dextrose sodium citrate sodium gluconate ete.)the influence of these multiponent admixtures on flowability of cement paste retarding action and development of strength ofcement mortar were analyzed.It was found that with these multiponent admixtures added initial and final setting time of cement paste were extended to varying degrees.The multiponent admixtures mixed with saccharides showed high flowability retentivity.With 0.05%content of retarders cement mortar showed lower the flowability loss rate. With the content of sodium potaasium tartrate tetrahydrate and sodium citrate increased the pressive strength of cement mortar went up.
