粉煤灰综合利用 FLY ASH COMPREHENSIVE UTILIZATION 2010NO.4 棒用 铁路客运专线基础工程高性能混凝士 配合比设计的试验研究 蔡以智,李娟 (中铁二局哈大铁路客运专线项目经理部,成都610032) Experimental Studies on Desigh of High performance Concrete for Infrastructure Works of Passenger Dedicated Line Cai Yi-zhi LI Juan (Hada railway passenger dedicated line department of China railway Erju Co.Lad Chengdu 610032 China) 摘要:采用正交试验设计方法对混凝土配合比进行了试验,研究了胶凝材料用量、组成及水胶比对基础工程用高 性能混凝土强度及耐久性的影响.试验及分析结果表明:可使用大掺量外掺料(>50%)配制铁路客运专线基础工程高 性能混凝土,水胶比及胶凝材料总量是配合比设计的关键,在一定的比例范围内,外料的掺量和组成比例对混凝土 56d强度及耐久性指标影响不显著. 关键词:高性能混凝土;配合比设计;正交设计 中图分类号:TU528.062 文献标识码:A 文章编号:1005-8249(2010)04-0017-04 Abstract:Orthogonal experimental method was adopted to carry out the experiments of proportioning of concrete.The influence including amount of cementitious materials position of cementitious materials and water-cementitious materials ratio on the strength and durability of high performance concrete for infrastructure works was studied.The experimental and analysis results indicate that high contend of mineral admixtures that more than 50 percent may be used in high performuunce conerete for infrastructure woriks of pauseenger dedicated line.water-cementitious maderials ratio and the amount of cementiticus materials is the point of proportion of conerete.In a certain prupurtional band contend and position of mineral admistures have an unobvious effect on the strength at 56 days and durahility of concrete.
