施工技术 2014年12月上 118 CONSTRUCTION TECHNOLOGY 第43卷第23期 D0I:10.7672/sgjs2014230118 污染地层泥水平衡盾构施工关键技术* 杨志勇,江玉生,雷军2,安宏斌2 (1 中国矿业大学(北京)力学与建筑工程学院,北京100083;2.中铁十二局集团第二工程有限公司,山西太原030032) [摘要]以北京地铁7号线08标百子湾站一化工路站区间隧道穿越污染地层为工程背景,根据土层和地下水污染情 况,基于泥水平衡盾构施工的特点,对现有泥水平衡盾构进行了创新性改造,采用加强型盾尾刷、卡箍式泥水管路连 接方式,在隧道内布置有害气体吸附装置和监测仪,增强了盾构在污染地层中的适应性.并在施工过程中及时进行 二次补浆、采用改良装置封闭洞门和加强洞内通风等施工措施,有效避免施工人员接触污染物,确保了人员安全.
