施工技术 2010年1月 86 CONSTRUCTION TECHNOLOGY 第39卷第1期 沈阳东北世贸广场深井井点降水施工技术 张永林 (北京怀建集团有限公司,北京101400) 【摘要]沈阳东北世贸广场设3层地下室,主楼采用钢筋混凝土筏板基础、辅楼采用带有反梁的钢筋混凝土筏板基 础、裙楼采用独立柱基加防水板.基坑面积大,开挖深度较深,降水强度大,采用深井井点降水方案.介绍了井点 布置、挖泥浆池、钻孔、井管安装、排水管网铺设、降水等主要施工工艺,指出降水施工中的注意事项,并制定应急预 案.实践证明,该方案可确保基坑及周边建筑物安全. [关键词]基础工程;深井井点降水;施工工艺;应急预案 [中图分类号]TU753.66 [文献标识码]A[文章编号]1002-8498(2010)01-0086-04 Construction Technology of Deep-well Point Dewatering in Shenyang Northeast World Trade Square Zhang Yonglin Beijing Huaijian Group Co.Lid.Beijing 101400 China) Abstract:Shenyang Northeast World Trade Square has three-layer basement.Reinforced concrete raft foundation is designed for its main building and raft.foundation with upstanding beams is designed for affiliated building as well as individual footing with waterproof plate designed for podium.Because the foundation excavation has characteristics of large area deep excavation and large dewatering intensity deep-well point dewatering technology is adopted.Main construction technologies are introduced such as arrangement of well points excavation of mud pool drilling of holes installation of dewatering pipe-net and dewatering.Furthermore attention points during construction are proposed.It proves that the scheme can ensure the safety of foundation excavation and surrounding buildings.
