施工技术 2016年9月上 12 CONSTRUCTION TECHNOLOGY 第45卷第17期 D0I:10.7672/sgjs2016170012 腾讯(北京)总部大楼大悬挑钢结构向心关节轴承 节点制作与安装技术* 张宝燕,周进兵,张浩 (中建三局第一建设工程有限责任公司,湖北武汉430048) [摘要]腾讯(北京)总部大楼悬挑达81m 采用了向心关节轴承节点,轴向静力荷载设计值为42000kN 为国内最 大的建筑用向心关节轴承.为保证其使用功能的发挥,首先从节点构造和CAE技术角度对其进行设计研究,其次 从制作和施工角度对其高效施工进行研究.研究表明,CAE技术可很好地模拟分析节点受力,探索了节点承载力 失效的判断准则,有效节约试验成本;增加贴板,减小中耳板板厚,降低工厂焊接难度;延伸中耳板,断开盖板,能够 避免结构受力后盖板层状撕裂,同时避免焊接中耳板,保证中耳板传力路径连续;槽口快速对接技术能够提高安装 工效.
