Li Qiming' (1.College of Ciuil Engineering Southeast University Nanjing Jiangsu 210096 China: 2.College of Civil Engineering Huagiao University Xiamen Fujian 361021 China) Abstract:Risk impact analysis is an important part of risk evaluation.Firstly the connotation of Green Building (GB)was studied from multiple dimensions and a theoretical model of GB objective system was built considering GB's long-term contributions and benefits.Secondly the risk characteristics of GB were dissected from the perspective of intrinsic attributes and domestic macro-environment.The identified GB's risks were summarized and a risk hierarchy was structured.At last a series of analyses on how the risk factors affect the achievement of GB objectives were conducted with respect to different risk levels and GB participants.
