施工技术 2014年1月下 58 CONSTRUCTION TECHNOLOGY 第43卷第2期 D0I:10.7672/8gis2014020058 曲靖体育场钢屋盖支撑卸载过程及模拟分析 何荣,陈以一1,王剑非2,朱文伟2,周锋,童乐为1,王晓燕2 (1.同济大学土木工程学院,上海200092;2.云南建工钢结构有限公司,云南昆明650224) [摘要]曲靖体育场钢屋盖为大跨悬挑管桁架结构,临时支撑卸载采用逐级等距卸载方案,保证施工安全.卸载过 程的施工效应对结构最终受力影响较大,故采用SAP2000软件选择合适的卸载步和卸载单元进行模拟分析.研究 表明:支撑点反力和位移及钢屋盖构件的应力比都平稳降低;偶然工况会给施工造成安全隐患,须避免类似失误. Ltd.Kunming Yunnan 650224 China) Abstract:The steel roof of Qujing Stadium is a large-span suspended pipe truss.Temporary supports are removed in several isometric displacements to guarantee the safety of the construction.As the influence of the construction effect on the displacement and internal force of the steel roof is rather large the simulation of the construction was carried out by choosing appropriate steps and unloading unit.The analytical results show that the final unloading plan is simple reliable and with the gradual displacement unloading the reaction of supports displacements of support points stress ratio of steel members are decreased placidly.Besides the accidental case should be voided due to its damage to the safety of the construction.
