施工技术 2012年12月下 56 CONSTRUCTION TECHNOLOGY 第41卷第379期 砂土振动液化层地质条件下钻孔施工技术 陈自明 (中铁十七局集团第二工程有限公司,陕西西安710043) [摘要]乌锡铁路黄河特大桥地处桥址位于黄河三湖河口至昭君坟段,北岸为乌拉山山前倾平原,南岸为鄂尔多斯 台地,桥址地下水位15m是振动液化层,液化层深度为2-15m 地质条件差、成孔难度大、钻孔深度深是施工面临 的主要难题,通过对钻机的选型、钻进速度的控制、钢护筒的埋设、泥浆密度的调整,解决了振动液化层桩基钻孔施 工难题,取得了一定的经验. [关键词]桥梁工程;墩:成孔;施工技术 [中图分类号]TU753.3 [文献标识码]A [文章编号]1002-8498(2012)24-0056-03 Drilling Construction Technology on Sandy Soil Vibrating Liquefaction Stratum Chen Ziming The 2nd Engineering Co.Ltd.of China Railway 17 Bureau Group Corporation Xi'an Shaanxi 710043 China) Abstract:The Yellow River Bridge in WuXi Railway is located in the Sanhukou to Zhaojun Grave Segment of the Yellow River.Its north bank is a plain in front of Wulashan Mountain the south bank is Erdos platform.The vibrating liquefaction stratum is located at 15.0m below the groundwater level and extends for 2-15m deep.Because of the poor geological condition difficulty in hole forming and large drilling depth are the main problems for the bridge construction.By selection of drilling machine control of drilling speed embedment of steel protection pipes and adjustment of mud density the construction problems were solved and experiences were obtained for other similar projects.
