施工技术 2017年7月下 134 CONSTRUCTION TECHNOLOGY 第46卷第14期 D0I:10.7672/5j52017140134 三维激光扫描技术在隧道衬砌施工质量 管理中的应用研究 李静1,李长青1,邓洪亮2 (1.北京工业职业技术学院建筑与测绘工程学院,北京100042; 2.北京工业大学建筑工程学院,北京100124) [摘要]隧道衬砌结构的弯矩、剪力和轴力都比较大,属于病害发生的敏感部位,当隧道衬砌出现厚度不足时,安全 系数显著减小,甚至使隧道产生较大的变形,影响建筑限界和行车限界,发生断裂、塌落等灾难性后果.采用地质 雷达进行隧道衬砌厚度检测是目前常用的检测方法,但由于检测方法和检测空间的限制,只能进行抽检得到局部 的衬砌厚度信息.采用三维激光扫描技术,可以快速得到在不同施工阶段和工况条件下隧道内壁的全部几何信息 和影像信息,通过不同施工阶段的信息对比进行隧道衬砌厚度的计算分析,进行衬砌厚度计算和质量评价,可全面 掌握隧道的衬砌厚度和衬砌质量,进行项目的施工管理和运营管理,对保证隧道施工和运营安全具有重要的理论 意义和应用价值.
