2014年3月下 施工技术 第43卷第6期 CONSTRUCTION TECHNOLOGY 33 D0I:10.7672/5js2014060033 人民日报社报刊综合业务楼屋顶大跨度双曲面 拱形钢桁架安装技术* 王宪璋，李铁良，杜小红 (中国新兴建设开发总公司，北京100039) [摘要]结合人民日报社报刊综合业务楼屋顶塔冠大跨度双曲面拱形钢桁架散件运输、现场组拼分段吊装合龙过 程，介绍了分段钢桁架的地面组拼胎架制作、三维坐标控制卧式组拼过程.钢桁架安装采用钢支撑代替承重脚手 架，介绍了钢支撑的设计以及分段钢桁架的就位姿态调整、吊装合龙、卸载等技术要点，并对钢支撑形式和卸载后 的变形进行验算，解决了架空层难以搭设承重脚手架的难题，保证了桁架的安装质量，取得了很好的效果.
