施工技术 2010年3月 82 CONSTRUCTION TECHNOLOGY 第39卷第3期 外墙外保温体系自重应力和温度应力分析 王满生,杨威,黄振利2 (1 北京市房地产科学研究所,北京100021;2.北京利建筑工程有限资任公司,北京100073) [摘要]以三明治外墙外保混体系为例,采用北京地区的冬夏季环境温度和日照条件,分析计算外墙外保温体系的 整体受力状况.主要考虑体系的自重应力和温度应力的影响.通过分析得出界面层和抹面层(抗裂砂浆层和装饰 层)处平行于基层墙面上的湿度应力是影响整个体系稳定性和耐久性的主要因素,同时认为当前外墙外保温体系 相应标准中缺少材料的拉压应力的力学性能指标,需要引起相关部门的重视. (1.Institute of Beijing Real Estate Science Technology Research Beijing 100021 China; 2.Beijing Zhenli Construction Co.Lad.Beijing 100073 China) Abstract:Taking some sandwich system as an example the authors analyze and calculate global mechanical status under surrounding temperature and sunshine condition in winter and summer in Beijing area and mainly think about influence of deadweight stress and temperature stress on global mechanical status.By analyzing it is found out that the key factor which can influence on stability and durability of this system is temperature stress on interface and mortar layer which horizontally parallels to wall.Also the current standards are lack of the mechanical properties indexes of tension and pression stress on external wall external insulation system which need to be paid attention for the relevant departments.
