This paper introduced the design of foundation and underground structure and then emphatically described the key problem of structural design and calculation analysis of Ningbo Zhongyin Building such as seismic shearing force ratio of frame lateral storey stiffness shear resistance capacity of storey analysis of elastic time-history and core tube transfer block.Finally the strengthening measures for seismic design are determined.
