施工技术 2014年12月上 24 CONSTRUCTION TECHNOLOGY 第43卷第23期 D0I:10.7672/5gjs2014230024 山西某大剧院看台屋面网架超高施工模架设计与分析 吴海英,郭昭胜2,雷宏刚2 (1 山西大学土木工程系,山西太原030013;2.太原理工大学建筑与土木工程学院,山西太原030024) [摘要]以某大剧院看台屋面网架的超高施工模架为例,首先介绍了将超高施工模架简化为平面排架的计算模型, 分别就杆件强度、刚度及整体稳定性进行验算分析;其次,利用结构分析软件SAP2000建立了模架整体空间有限元 模型,对比了平面模架与空间模架两种计算模型之间的计算结果差异,分析了超高模板支撑体系的空间整体性能. 结果表明,平面排架计算模型的计算过程相对简单合理,且具有一定的安全储备.最后,强调了超高模架搭设施工 过程中应该注意的几项施工技术.
