2012年8月下 施工技术 第41卷第371期 CONSTRUCTION TECHNOLOGY 61 建筑业行业竞争结构现状分析与优化建议 唐菁菁1，焦楠，胡曙海2，赵挺生1 (1.华中科技大学土木工程与力学学院，湖北武汉430074； 2.湖北省建设工程造价管理总站，湖北武汉430070) [摘要]围绕建筑业行业竞争结构，就行业集中度、企业结构、员工规模等三方面定量计算并与发达国家或地区相 比较，指出现阶段我国建筑业行业竞争结构不尽合理，存在行业集中度较低、建筑企业规模整体偏大等问题.“十 二五”期间是我国建筑业行业竞争结构进一步调整的关键时期，建议从培育金字塔形的企业结构、促进各类企业健 康发展、增强企业竞争力、适度提高行业进人壁垒、加强市场有效监管等方面优化行业竞争结构.
