2015年8月下 施工技术 第44卷第16期 CONSTRUCTION TECHNOLOGY 27 D0I:10.7672/8gj82015160027 托梁拔柱在框架结构加固改造中的设计与应用 廖明进,祝又霖2,袁从华3 (1.武汉科技大学理学院,湖北武汉430065;2.武汉大筑建筑科技有限公司, 湖北武汉430014;3.中国科学院武汉岩土力学研究所,湖北武汉430071) [摘要]某10层框架结构办公楼拟改造为酒店,需撒除结构底层4根结构柱改造成大开间.根据新结构空间使用 要求以及结构改造前后内力变化,确定了上部结构托梁拔柱和地基基础铺杆静压桩加固设计方案,并重点介绍了 施工过程关键工艺;梁与柱、柱与基础承台的连接节点设计是此结构加固改造关键,关系到改造后结构的抗震承载 性能,基于“强节点”抗震设计概念,借鉴钢结构节点设计及构造要求,实现结构改造后新增梁与柱、柱与基础承台 的可靠连接;加固后的监测结果表明加固改造后的结构构件承载性能及刚度符合规范标准,结构整体安全可靠,加 固效果达到预期设计目标.
