施工技术 2016年5月下 14 CONSTRUCTION TECHNOLOGY 第45卷第10期 D0I:10.7672/8js2016100014 昆明南站大型十字转圆钢柱抗震转换 节点分析及施工技术* 韩锋 (中铁建设集团有限公司,北京100131) [摘要]云南为地震多发地区,昆明南站高架候车层梁柱节点由下部大型十字型钢骨转换为圆钢柱,经过有限元分 析及三维M设计,在十字下节柱和圆管型上节柱之间连接一个中空的转换节点,节点外围有钢筋混凝土环梁包 裹.这种结构的转换节点不仅截面过渡性好,而且应力集中现象不明显,结构设计能满足现行国家和铁路规范9 度抗震的要求.另外,对工程中的施工难点及关键施工技术进行了研究,并采取了针对性的解决措施,取得了良好 的效果. [关键词]钢骨柱;抗震;转换节点;环梁;有限元分析;施工技术 [中图分类号]TU745.4 [文献标识码]A [文章编号]1002-8498(2016)10-0014-04 Analysis and Construction of Seismic Transfer Joints in Large Cross to Circle Steel Column in South Kunming Station Han Feng (China Railway Construction Group Co.Ltd.Beijing 100131 China) Abstract:Yunnan province is an earthquake prone area.The beam-column at the waiting layer in the South Kunming Station is a large cross to circle steel column which is connected by the hollow transfer joint in the bottom cross column and the top cirele column.The outer of the joint is enveloped by reinforcement conerete.This transfer joint not only has smooth transitional character but also has little concentrated stress.The joint structure can meet the requirement for nine degree earthquake in the related standards.In addition the construction difficulties and key construction technologies are researched and some solutions are put forward which gains good effect.
