施工技术 2015年8月下 12 CONSTRUCTION TECHNOLOGY 第44卷第16期 D01:10.7672/sgjs2015160012 木构古建筑墙体典型残损问题分析* 周乾 (故官博物院,北京100009) [摘要]木构古建的墙体虽属围护构造,但影响结构的使用功能及抗震能力.为保护古建筑,采取现场勘查与分析 论证相结合的方法,研究了古建墙体的典型残损问题与加固方法.基于墙体分类和受力特点,对其典型残损问题 进行了归纳和汇总,分析了问题产生原因,提出了加固建议.结果表明:古建筑墙体出现的典型残损问题包括开 裂、变形、酥碱、返碱、空鼓等;产生这些残损问题的原因与外力作用、施工质量、自然因素等密切相关;采取局部替 换、拆砌、扒铜拉接、新型材料等方法均可实现墙体的有效加固. [关键词]墙体;残损;加固;中国古建筑 [中图分类号]TU366.2 [文献标识码]A [文章编号]1002-8498(2015)16-0012-04 Typical Structural Health Problems of Filler Walls of Chinese Ancient Buildings Zhou Qian (Palace Museum Beijing 100009 China) Abstract:Filler walls of Chinese ancient wooden building relates closely to using function as well as aseismic behaviors of the whole building.To protect Chinese ancient buildings filler walls were taken as example to study their structural health problems and strengthening methods by survey as well as analysis methods.According to types and bearing performances of the filler walls their typical structural health problems were summed up causes for the problems were discussed and strengthening advices were proposed.Results show that typical structural health problems of the filler walls include crack deflection salt in the surface soil slack hollowing and so on;main causes for these problems relate to external forces construction process air performances and so on;besides effectively strengthening methods for the filler walls include reinstallation partly replacement iron ponents connection new material and so on.
