施工技术 2012年5月上 60 CONSTRUCTION TECHNOLOGY 第41壮第364期 某仿古建筑病害原因分析及应对措施 欧阳甘霖 (青岛静力工程有限公司,山东青毒266071) [摘要]某居住性仿古建筑基础持力层为新近素填土,经机械分层碾压形成.因雨水侵人产生不均匀沉降和候斜. 条形基础断裂100多处,西院地下室南北向倾斜达7.06%,西配房东西向最大倾斜达16.2%,挡土墙候斜8- 10mm/2-3d 并在墙体中部、南部、北部分别出现1-2mm竖向通长裂缝:建筑处于危险状态中.通过坑式静压钢 管柱终止住房部分的沉降并实施纠偏,通过自进式错杆结合水平压力注浆实施松散素填土的固结增强及挡土墙加 固.对地下室采取从底板附带上部建筑整体顶升方式纠偏,达到了结构无损坏、底板防水层未破损的效果. Fracture in the foundation is more than 100 of strip north-south inclination of basement in the west yard is up to 7.06%% east-west inclination of the west auxiliary is up to 16.2%o tilt speed of retaining walls is about 8~10mm/2~3d and 1 ~2mm width vertieal cracks occur along the middle south and north wall.The building is dangerous.The building stops settlement and is deviation rectified by pit pressure steel pipe pile.The newly plain soil is consolidated and the retaining wall is enhanced by automatic anchor pole and horizontal pressure grouting.The basement and upper structure are rectified deviation by integral jack-up method from the bottom plate which make structure and waterproofing of boltom...
