2013年11月下 施工技术 第42卷第22期 CONSTRUCTION TECHNOLOGY 109 D0I:10.7672/9gjs2013220109 某地下人防工程深井降水井口封堵施工技术 陈杏祥 (应天职业技术学院管理工程系，江苏南京210046) [摘要]以某市地下人防工程基坑深井降水为例，为有效降低地下水位，利于深基坑的开挖，确保周边大桥、桥头、 主干道和河堤的安全，在尽量减少深井数量的同时，将全部降水深井布置在建筑物基础底板中间，但这给降水结束 后井口的封堵带来了一定的困难.结合现场工况采取了一种基于深井降水“先置后堵”的井口封堵方法，该种封堵 方法分为3步：一是钢管的制作与预埋；二是预制井口封堵配件；三是封堵配件的安装与封堵，从而避免了因降水 封口处理不当出现的建筑物渗漏水现象.
