施工技术 2010年1月 78 CONSTRUCTION TECHNOLOGY 第39卷第1期 某工程灌注桩复式注浆施工技术 闫永茂,庞军辉 (山西建筑工程(集团)总公司,山西太原030002) [摘要]后压浆灌注桩在普通成孔灌注桩基础上,增加了放置压浆管、注浆准备及压浆3个步骤,并于桩成孔后在 孔底投放直径1~3cm的碎石.某通信生产基地采用薄注桩复式注浆工艺进行地基处理,介绍了注浆工艺、施工设 备、注浆管制作及高压注浆等技术措施,并提出施工质量保证措施.实践证明,复合注浆技术不仅能显著提高桩的 承载力、有效减少柱基沉降,且质量稳定可靠、无噪声、无振动、无污染. [关键词]地基处理;灌注柱;后压浆;复式注浆;承载力;施工技术 [中图分类号]TU753.3 [文献标识码]A[文章编号]1002-8498(2010)01-0078-03 Construction Technology of Double Grouting for Bored Piles in Some Project Yan Yongmao Pang Junhui Shanxi Construction Engineering Group Co.Lad.Taiyuan Shansi 030002 China) Abstract:Based on traditional bored piles technology three construction steps are added in construction of post-grouting bored piles including laying grouting pipes preparation and grouting.Then gravel with 1 ~3mm in diameter is put in bottom of formed holes.Foundation treatment of a munication production base adopts double grouting technology for bored piles.Technologies such as grouting process construction equipment grouting pipes preparation and high-pressure grouting are introduced as well as quality ensuring measures.It proves that double grouting technology can improve bearing capacity and reduce settlement of bored piles.Moreover it has advantages of stable and reliable quality quietness no vibration and no pollution.
